Free Shipping & Delivery Time

Normally, we ship products from our local warehouse with free shipping and no tax.
When placing an order on the FOSSiBOT-CA website, you will typically receive your products within 3–5 business days. A tracking email will be sent so you can monitor your shipment.

We ship products from the warehouse closest to your destination.
Please rest assured, all products meet your local voltage and plug standards.
How Do We Ship?
If your order includes both a solar panel and a portable power station, it will be shipped in two separate packages.
Delivery Address
It is extremely important to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot modify your shipping address once the shipment has been prepared or dispatched.
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by you or your agent, we will contact you promptly for corrections. The package will be reshipped with an additional shipping fee.
Please include a valid daytime phone number with each order. Packages may be returned to FOSSiBOT canada warehouses as undeliverable. If this happens, please contact customer service to arrange reshipment.
We offer free shipping to the following provinces and regions:
- British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador
The three territories are: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut.
We do not deliver to outlying islands or ultra-remote areas.
